The number of closed sales in the 12 months ending July 31, 2022 for the Naples and Bonita Springs Area decreased 25% year-over-year (8,129 vs 10,909).

•

There were 43 closed sales priced above two million in July 2022 compared to 71 in July 2021, a 39% decrease.

During the 12 months ending July 31, 2022, sales in this category decreased 21% over the same time period in 2021 (815 vs 1,031 units).

NEW LISTINGS / INVENTORY •

During the 12 months ending July 31, 2022, a total of 10,014 new listings were added to the market, this is an 8% decrease vs the same time period 12 months ending July 30, 2021.

Available inventory as of July 31, 2022 consisted of 2,671 units, an increase of 16% vs the same time period in 2021.
