Log in as System Administrator and go to Pre-Enrollment > edit > check Allow Clinical Worker Access and save 3

Now the Pre-Enrollment List will show up for the Clinical Worker

Clinical Worker and Intake-Mgmt both have access to all Search options (unless restricted in their Security Class). Clinical Workers by default, however, cannot access cases or service files to which they are not directly assigned.

By default, Intake-Mgmt workers can access all cases and service files in the system -- this can be restricted, however, through their Security Class.

The three settings checked above can prevent Intake-Mgmt workers from being able to a) access service files in a service they do not provide, b) access case files of individuals at a site where they do not work and c) access service files unless directly assigned to it.

Workers belonging to the Clinical Worker user group cannot see the Intake Wizard but, if the Add Individual feature is enabled, they will be able to add individuals into the system.

How is this different than adding someone via the Intake Wizard? Unlike the Intake Wizard, using ‘Add Individual’ does not create a case for the client, nor is there an option for Clinical Workers to do so. It can be used to add an individual into the system but another user with proper permissions would have to create the case for this client so they could be enrolled in service. Clinical Worker

Clinical Workers cannot see the Agency Appts. screen but they do have access to the colourcoded Agency Schedule unless this is restricted in their Security Class. Note that Clinical Workers could view the schedule by Individual (i.e. see client names) -this can be restricted in their Security Class also.

If given permission to view the pre-enrollment list, Clinical Workers will be able to click on and access each entry. They are not able to assign clients into service from the preenrollment list, however. They can ‘cancel’ to take clients off the list if not going into service, but cannot assign. This is because assigning from pre-enrollment entails selecting from a list of available workers, and Clinical Workers can only assign clients to themselves.

By default, Clinical Workers cannot access groups unless they are the Primary Worker. This is true even if they have been added as an ‘other’ worker at the group level.

Intake-Mgmt workers by default can access all groups, even if they have not been assigned as a primary or other worker UNLESS their access is restricted in their Security Class.

Intake-Mgmt workers by default have access to more reports in Penelope.

Intake-Mgmt

Access to reports can be expanded or restricted, however, by System Administrators -- they can create new Report Security Classes to increase or limit access to reports. Clinical Worker
