This research booklet is prepared as the end of the architectural Biomimetic seminar 2016/17 FOR ITECH master program . The main purpose is to study the complex behavior of weaver ants in constructing their nests, understand the mechanism of construction, and use it as an inspiration for constructing light structures Lessons from nature are often applicable to the built environment, providing advantageous insights into new techniques for advancements in architectural design, Engineering, robotics, and fabrication. Learning from nature and applying its underlying principles in design is the basic premise of Bio-mimicry.
