The design is derived from a “Main Street” corridor. If offers shared amenities, support spaces from which flow neighborhoods that differentiate group work areas that focus on their specific needs. No longer are employees distracted by the casual walk-through traffic. Instead, “Main Street” offers a gathering place for coworkers to meet. Working in collaboration with the interior architect, exterior architect, and Vivint. Gardner successfully implemented this design concept into a signature office building.
