The RAPS Experience The RAPS Experience is in its second year and we have chosen to use the occasion as the Spring Semester General Interest Meeting to welcome any new members. The RAPS Experience is a chance student body members to see what RAPS has to offer. Our subgroups perform their best numbers, alumni panel speak to current students, and attendees are given the chance to network. Tonight is all about getting to know RAPS more and see how much we have grown and developed since its birth.

Former RAPS E-board Position: Webmaster 2012-2013 If you could give one piece of advice to the current general body, what would it be? Education & knowledge is something no one can take away from you. Given my experience with switching multiple majors, numerous jobs not relating to anything and everything, it is always good to learn something or gain knowledge about something than not because it may be useful down the line. Even if you have your dream job, it is always good to take a few courses, get updated with new knowledge, and updated your own personal brand and image. That's why many companies have their own universities and/or pay their employees to take a class. The job market is only getting more difficult and to be one step above where you once were can only help your future.. Christopher Castillo Class Year: 2014 Major/Minor: Psychology/Education Current Occupation: Event Manager @ N. Brunswick Township HS Former RAPS E-board Position: Media Coordinator 2012-2013 If you could give one piece of advice to the current general body, what would it be? Don't pigeon hold yourself to one clique, branch out. Describe your RAPS experience in one word. Rewarding

Find that one or two people that will truly inspire you. They would most likely be the ones that help you out and motivate you to be not only a better student, but a better person. Also don't be afraid of change. Things change constantly, don't be afraid to jump right into the unknown. Don't deprive yourself of an amazing experience because of irrational fears.
