INVITATION LETTER Dear Angels worldwide; With sincerest wishes that our message finds you all well, it is our ultimate pleasure to invite you to SCORA X-Change Tunisia ’17 and share with you a truly unforgettable experience In fact, it is with great pleasure that Tunisia hosts this project once again, which is a great opportunity to experience SCORA areas and all its peculiarities from a completely different perspective and new chapters of sexual and reproductive health through the eyes of marvelous Tunisia. We, the organizing committee will accompany you and guide during your staying. In this booklet you can find all the necessary information concerning this exchange. INTRODUCTION SCORA X-Change is an exchange program organized by many NMOs of the IFMSA. Associa-Med is organizing it in Tunisia for the 5th time this year. In fact SCORA X-Change reunites medical student from all around the world for four weeks during August 2017. Particularly passionate about sexual and reproductive health, in order to follow a rich academic program on maternal health, sexual education, gender based violence and HIV/AIDS and other STIs. Assembled to a promising social program, that will let you discover the magical beauty of Tunisia, especially during our sunny and very warm summer.

MONASTIR: 1st week: GENDER BASED VIOLENCE The city of Monastir, or as we like to call it “Mestir� is the closest thing to the heart of Tunisia. Endowed with a cultural memory rooted in the history of Tunisia, it is the hometown of the liberator, first president of our country, H. Bourguiba. What internet is incapable of telling you, is that this city is so warm-hearted. Its homely atmosphere is particularly pleasant and reassuring for students, visitors and everyone who decides to settle here.

SOUSSE: 2nd week: MATERNAL HEALTH Sousse is one of Tunisia’s liveliest town, full of the daily bustle of visitors, students and locals who fill the streets all day long. The architectural and historical heritage are one of the major attractions in the city.

SFAX : 3rd week : HIV/AIDS and other STIs Sfax is the heartbeat of Tunisian economy through its industries and its port, which provides an important part of Tunisia trade transactions. Sfax can claim to be the most sophisticated town in the country, with its excellent museums and underrated old town.

ď ą Citizens of the following 96 countries and territories can visit Tunisia for up to 90 days without a visa. Citizens of Canada, Germany and the United States can visit visa_free for up to 4 months, those of Bulgaria 2 months and those of Greece 1 month.
