NUMBER OF SALES

Averaged over the entire market area, the total number of sales of all property types (single family homes, condominiums, villas and townhomes) has declined to an amount similar to what we saw last year, but not as low as in 2017.

AVERAGE PRICES

Average prices have dropped slightly over last quarter to $426,859 and are higher than the same period last year, and higher than in 2017. However Single Family Home prices are about the same as they were in 2018.

AVERAGE DAYS ON MARKET

Throughout most of 2018 the Average Days on Market dropped steadily downward. Into Q4 an upward trend began to emerge. Last quarter the ADOM dropped slightly, perhaps reflective of the corresponding average price reduction. The ADOM for condos has increased to 106 from 83 one year ago.
