Bruce J. Katz is the Centennial Scholar and Sr. Fellow at the Brookings Institution, where he focuses on the challenges and opportunities of global urbanization. Katz assumed this crossinstitution role in January 2016 after 20 years as the vice president and co-director of the Brookings Metropolitan Policy Program, which he founded in 1996. He is also co-author of The Metropolitan Revolution (Brookings Press, 2013)

Luise Noring is an Assistant Professor at Copenhagen Business School. Noring heads a team of researchers and project coordinators. She is also a Senior Research Fellow at the Brookings Institution and an expert in sustainable urbanisation at the European Commission. In addition, she runs her own enterprise as an independent consultant. Noring has a Master in Supply Chain Management and a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Partnerships.

ØICC is built on the notion that innovation is born out of relations and carried by people. We are a strategic innovation partnership that envisions to make Ørestad the focal point for innovation, knowledge and creativity in Greater Copenhagen. We work through cross sectorial partnerships among companies, educational institutions, cultural institutions, the municipality and other relevant actors to realize the desired vision for the area's continued growth and development.
