Training Join fitness expert Jacqueline as she takes you through a weekly tone and sculpt session focusing on major muscle groups using resistance. You will achieve a full body workout. Enjoy a creative format that will fire up muscles, lubricate joints and keep your body challenged. Class format will include a warm up, muscle conditioning and cool down component. Let Jacqueline lead you through an eight or four week program that is suitable for all fitness levels. 12:15-1:15pm WEDNESDAYS

Chen Taiji, which dates back to the 13th century, is the original Taiji system from which other forms of Taiji sprung from. W hat differentiates the Chen style from others is it's "silk reeling" movements, which are supple, springy, coiling and free flowing. They exercise all muscles, joints, soft tissues and internal organs. Danny will teach you the 5 most fundamental postures, which contain movements that manifest the main principles of Taiji. Daily practice of just these 5 postures will develop flexibility, coordination, stamina, physical and mental strength; plus for a bonus, they will provide you with self defense skills. 12:15-1:15pm Session
