Artistic Center-Filaret Train Station Bucharest,Romania studio project - 5th year

The topic framework focuses on analyzing and localization of conflict and discrepancy situation in the territory, which creates a certain barrier areas regarding development of the city, but they have a great importance in their historical evolution. Industrial Zone Filaret-Rahova is one of the places that are grouped the most old factories from the Bucharest. This area developed in 1869 around the first passenger railway station in Bucharest. The functional conversion - assumed bringing new functions and creating a complementary area , a polarizing center-that include : science museum, cultural and artistic activities, sports area, technology park, services and commerce.

RELATIA GARA-INDUSTRIE gara element generator pentru zona industriala LEGATURA -CONEXIUNE-EXTINDERE

From this point of view historic train station, become more important in the economy of the project, along with the presence of the railways which have survived and which can add value by creating a tourist-tram,a touristic circuit that includes visits to the old factory.

GARA-ELEMENT PRINCIPAL -MONUMENT -GENERATOR -CAPAT DE TRASEU

Intervention on the conversion of these buildings and their integration into functional urban fabric can have a positive effect on the development of the city as well as local.

Performance structutre - Tensegrity Bucharest,Romania team project - 5th years

The objective of the project is the development of complex structural models and developing a networking scenario of the installation with the public space,in this case university hall. Tensegrity - tension-integrity principle is based on the the use of isolated components, compressed into a network of constant voltage, so that the components subject to compression (usually bars), do not touch, and tension elements, determining spatial system. In our exercise, we chose to use the module icosahedron, in which 6 parts compressed, parallel bars two by two, tense elastic reinforced with string, forming a polyhedron with 20 faces. It forms a network element, all the bars on the three directions are parallel to each other.

Position in this whole site is one corner, being limited by Dambovita River and Splai Unirii ,Boulevard Nerva Traian continued passage over Dambovita .In relation with this position, concept development has taken into consideration in the first instance by the river Dambovita as an element generating activities in the city, and the Splai Unirii as important axis that connects downtown with the entrance from Vacaresti . The tower of 27 floors is tilt to the river as sign of respect and withdrew from the maximum limited on the NE of the site, to leave space in front of him to breathe. At the structural level, the tower is designed in a concrete central node of significant size, and on the contour with the metallic frames, braced and columns over the height of the tower.

Experimental Theatre Bucharest studio project-4th year

,,Theatre is a meeting place of the art

and interpreters with the audience. The place of the theatre when is not improvised, then becomes theatrical building.”Jean JacQuot The site area of the project is locate in the park,so is very important the relationship between public space and various cultural activities dedicated for theatre. Going on the idea of the theatre as a place of expression,i proposed a black box, placed in a larger glass box.The Theatre can be surrounded ,making public space background for different activities. ‘‘Theatre is the place where architecture ends ,and where the world of the imagination begins.”Aldo Rossi

Glass Museum - Altare,Italy Genova, Italy studio project - 3 year (erasmus) team project The studing area is located downtown in a industrial place.Structuring the space ,is to creating a new core of the city. The most element that remained from the old glass factory is the brick tower ( the blast) ,and becomes a point of interest and connection with the surrounding space. To create new tissue interesting point for the city, i let the square free to become a space for relaxation and meeting point, and putting the museum in the underground. The dynamics space is determined by the shape of the ramp in plan, that makes te connection between the interior space of museum and exterior. The design of the museum is developed from the ellipse shape and the movement, the rotation of the process of making glass. The dimanic can see in plan just in one red light curve ,that continues in the underground.
