June 1 - August 5 (Academy ISD) --- $685
June 1 - August 12 (Temple & Belton ISD) - $790
Early Registration is for members who attend the entire summer Choose the registration dates for when you would like to end attendance This registration option provides a savings compared to paying monthly
5-Day (Weekly) Pass
$150
A 5-Day Pass is for members who wish to attend on any 5 days throughout the summer The 5 day pass can be used in consecutive, or nonconsecutive days 5-Day passes can be used to pay weekly After the first 5-Day pass is purchased online, subsequent 5-Day Passes must be purchased with the RWYC Office
Open (Monthly) Registration
June 1-30 --- $350 July 1-31 --- $350
August 3 & 4 (Academy ISD) --- $35 August 3-12 (Temple & Belton ISD) --- $140
Open Registration is for members who would like to register for any combination of months, or use this option to pay by the month For August, choose the registration dates that align with when you would like to end attendance

Breakfast & Lunch
FREE Breakfast & Lunch for the months of June & July is provided in partnership with the Temple ISD School Nutrition Summer Meals Program.
FREE Breakfast & Lunch service will end on July 31. August members will either need to bring a breakfast/lunch or purchase food from the snack bar.

Ralph Wilson Youth Club offers a snack bar at breakfast, lunch and each afternoon where members may purchase items. An account with snack bar credit may be established for each member to use so that they do not have to carry cash.

Field Trips & Activities
These offsite activities are an added cost and are optional. Plenty of other fun activities are free of charge and occur on site at the RWYC facility every day, such as arts and crafts, athletic games, video games, and other activities.
Activity Registration Procedures
Select the “Activity Registration” Button on the home page of rwyckids.org.
Select “Enroll” on the Summer Term Field Trips/Activities section.
Create an account on our registration website and sign each child up in advance for the activities you wish for them to attend.
Online registration for each activity closes by 11:00PM on the evening prior to the scheduled activity date or when the maximum number of registrations has been reached.
Credit Card payment is required for registrations.
On the day of the activity, arrive at least 1 HOUR prior to the activity start time to check in. Some activities require the completion of an additional waiver which will be completed during the registration process.
