Agent Spotlight
Hal Winters Hal is a native North Carolinian who was born in Durham but has lived most of his life in North Chatham County. After a career in the US Army, during which he served as an Infantry Officer as well as a fixed and rotary wing aviator, Hal returned to North Carolina where he and his father built the home where he, his wife Susan, and their three dogs currently reside. Since completing his military career, Hal has built and operated a successful convenience store/sporting goods business, which was followed by 18 years of flying as an airline pilot. He is also a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor. Hal’s endeavors in various fields have demanded strong commitments and dedication. One, most notably, is to do his best to remain physically fit. He is an avid runner and commits himself to completing an exercise regimen each day, rain or shine. Excuses to do otherwise are unacceptable. It is with this same belief in his commitment as a Broker, that he undertakes the representation of his clients, whether he’s assisting them in selling their home or working hard to help them find their perfect home. Results…not excuses.
