When people exercise, their muscles become bigger. More muscles also mean that the body is capable of burning more fats in the body. There are really a lot of things in this tea that help people to lose weight faster. Studies however, say that green tea works better when it is coupled with exercise and a healthy diet. It is a healthy drink and there are a lot of benefits when people drink it often. It is still important to keep in mind though, that this tea supports the body when it tries to lose weight. Dieters could as well try drinking this for a slimmer body. The weight loss may not be immediate and drastic (example, a loss of 2 pounds the next day), but nevertheless, it helps.
