KATANA TONE & PERSONALITY Katana Sushi Bar was created on the principle of bringing a sleek, modern atmosphere and meshing it with the peaceful and artistic characteristics of Japanese culture. A dark lit atmosphere along with accents of glass and blue and white backlighting provide an ample setting to bring out the red logo anywhere it should find itself. Our seating arrangements feature two levels of interior dining and an exterior patio who’s features resemble that of the inside. The top floor inside overlooks the bottom similar to that of a loft, providing guests an enjoyable view of the entire restaurant. While there is always the bar, seating varies from quaint tables of two for the romantics to crushed velvet sectionals for the larger more casual parties. Our aim is to be able to provide an environment suitable for those looking for a nice dinner to those who would rather sit back and relax with a glass of sake. The forward thinking and creative concepts then continue into the menu. Not only do we provide items that you would expect to see at any run-of-the-mill sushi joint, the specialty sushi list takes familiar rolls like the cucumber, California, and dynamite and mixes in exotic ingredients. Our goal at Katana is to provide an experience that will not disappoint, in either selection or quality.
