Founded in 1974, Railey Realty’s focus has always been in providing unsurpassed service to clients while sharing our passion and love for this area we call home. The two founding members, Sis and Jim Railey, started their business from the living room of their home. In 1984, a new office was constructed to better serve clients and vacationers. Railey Realty would move one more time, to its current location at 2 Vacation Way in the early 1990s. In addition to serving Deep Creek Lake and Garrett County, Maryland, Railey Realty also serves nearby West Virginia. Having roots in both Maryland and West Virginia allows us to fully provide top-level real estate services to our community.
