Onion and Dill Radish Dip Ingredients • • • • • • •

3 radishes 2 cups mayonnaise 2 cups sour cream 3 tablespoons onion 1 teaspoon seasoning salt 3 teaspoons dill weed 1 tablespoon cane sugar

Directions 1. Scrub the radishes with an abrasive plastic pad reserved for vegetables, followed by rinsing. Remove tops and leaves. 2. Blend or finely dice the radishes and onions. 3. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped onion, seasoning salt, dill weed, and cane sugar. Refrigerate before serving for best flavor.
