Moving
forward
with
the
idea
of
paDern,
color,
culture,
nature,
that
I
had
discussed
in
my
last
upload.
 Through
my
designs,
I
want
to
create
a
process
/
system
which
can
be
used
on
different
products
that
will
be
 showcased
through
pop
up
shops.
I
wish
my
paDerns
to
have
a
rhythm
of
rise
and
fall,
a
pure
and
poeJc
 movement.
The
aestheJc
and
style
will
reflect
the
ornate
and
luxurious
lifestyle
of
the
splendors
of
the
Mughal
 courts,
amongst
other
things
that
have
influenced
my
choices.

I
wish
to
create
a
brand
that
can
define
itself
along
the
lines
of
highly
skilled
arJsJc
 craNsmanship
encompassing
the
fact
of
branding
nature.
My
paDerns
choices
consist
of
 nature
and
the
abstracJon
of
shapes.
Shapes
such
as
lines
and
circles.
And,
Organic
 paDerns
which
plants
and
animals
of
the
land
and
water
influence.
The
paDerns
will
also
 see
an
overlap
between
the
two:
the
abstract
and
the
organic.
These
are
some
paDerns
I
 started
playing
around
with

Each
Jme
the
pop
up
store
opens
it
will
follow
one
theme
of
paDerns
on
all
the
different
 variety
of
products
sold
at
the
shop.
For
example
if
the
theme
of
the
month
is
Lotus
then
all
 the
products
categorized
as:

 Accessories:
scarves,
bracelets,
pocket
scarves,
Jes,
block‐prinJng
blocks
 Home
Furnishings:
bed
sheets,
bed
covers,
bed
cushions,
curtains,

 Interior/exterior
product:
Screens,
Stain
glass,
woodcarvings,
Lamps
 Apparel:
sarongs,
wraps,
border
paDerns
that
can
be
used
for
Indian
and
Western
OuWits
 The
lotus
will
influence
all
the
products.
This
aspect
will
be
seen
through
different
parts
of
 the
lotus,
whether
it
be
the
bio‐mimicry
qualiJes
of
it,
or
the
different
colors
the
lotus
 comes
in
today
etc.
Even
the
space
would
be
designed
or
themed
around
a
lotus,
so
that
 one
can
actually
step
outside
of
it
and
see
it.
One
can
visualize
these
paDerns
all
together
in
 complete
harmony
together
or
see
each
piece
separately,
sJll
being
whole
on
its
own.

Created
this
paDern
inspired
by
the
lotus.

Alongside
the
previous
paDerns
here
are
more
of
them
with
possible
applicaJons:
 The
border
paDerns
being
applied
to
a
vase.
Or
a
simple
floral
paDerns
being
used
to
 adorn
a
place
to
sit:

Or
creaJng
these
simple
paDerns
that
can
be
used
for
bracelets.

These
bracelet
 paDerns
show
the
 overlapping
of
 organic
paDern
with
 simple
shapes
as
 circles
