Industrial enclosed-type fiber laser with 6 kW power, designed for fast, precise, and highly efficient metal cutting without the need for additional processing. Fiber laser technology represents the most advanced and fastest method for sheet metal process ing, offering significantly higher speed and productivity compared to other cutting technologies.

The machine is equipped with a MAX laser source, RAYTOOLS laser head, SHIMPO reducers, SCHNEIDER servo motors and electri cal components, HANLI industrial cooling chiller, intelligent ventilation system, and voltage stabilizer.

The enclosed construction provides greater safety, better control of dust and smoke, and more stable working conditions in industrial production.

In addition to sheet metal cutting, the machine is also equipped with a profile cutting system (tubes and structural profiles), fea turing automatic centering for precise positioning and processing of various shapes such as square, round, and structural profiles.

X AND Y AXIS MOVEMENT

The movement of the axes is carried out through linear guides and a rack-and-pinion system, which is the most commonly used and proven system in CNC machines.

It enables smooth operation, low noise levels, and significantly reduces additional loads, increasing their lifespan and durability.

INTELLIGENT DUST EXTRACTION SYSTEM The dust extraction system automatically regulates extraction according to the cutting position, enabling zoned and precise suction.

FULLY ENCLOSED LIFT DOOR The enclosed design with an automatic lift door provides better sealing of the working area, significantly reducing smoke and dust. This contributes to a cleaner work environment, higher safety, and improved efficiency of the extraction system.

AUTOMATIC PROFILE CENTERING

The machine is equipped with a pneumatic self-centering clamp that ensures strong and precise fixing of round and square tubes without slipping. It supports processing of profiles with different dimensions and lengths, providing stability during operation and consistent cutting quality.
