Our Radiators are produced & outputs measured according to the approved standard BS EN442 which uses Delta t50˚c (Δt). (FARADAY Eco tested to BS EN16430). BS EN442 states that all hydronic radiators and towel rails are tested and presented at Delta T50. If you require outputs based on a different Delta T multiply the listed Delta T50 outputs by the correction factors shown in the table on page 11.

Nylon Spanner

Perfect for tightening CORNEL bushes and airvents, this robust nylon spanner is an exact fit and will reduce the risk of damaging your radiator with inappropriate metal tools.

If you need to know outputs based on a different Delta T you can simply multiply the listed Delta T50 outputs by the correction factors shown in the table (shown right) to get the appropriate output for your system.

Our CORNEL Curved radiators are made to order and can be curved to fit bay windows and curved walls. Wall brackets are supplied as standard, optional welded feet are available, please specify at time of order.

Radiators can be curved using up to 40 sections, minimum 10 sections (450mm). It is essential to always know how much heat you need to keep your room comfortable. Use our online Heat Output Calculator to work out how much heat you will need for your room before you size your straight radiator. Curving is a precise process and as such, accurate measurements and calculations must be made and checked before production can begin. Since our CORNEL Curved is made on a bespoke basis to your exact requirements, we have created a specification form to make the process as easy as possible;

To order your curved radiator follow these simple steps;

• Go to our website supplies4heat.co.uk and select ‘Cornel Curved’ (or scan QR code above) and download the specification form which explains how to measure for your curved radiator, we can also email the specification form to you direct by calling 01342 306880

• When you have reviewed the specification form, double-check your measurements are correct to see how your radiator will fit in your space.

• Complete the specification form with the dimensions of your bay and return it to your chosen merchant/installer to place an ini tial order.

• You will receive a technical drawing of your bay and requested measurements from your merchant and if you are happy you will need to sign the document.

• Use the signed specification form to place your order with your merchant/installer to start production.

Please note; once you have signed off your drawings and ordered your curved radiator it cannot be cancelled or returned.

Calculate the number of sections you need by dividing the required BTU (Watt) output with the output per section; e.g 4500 BTUs divided by 225 = 20 sections, based on 4 column, 500mm high sections (always round up to the next whole number of sections). If the use of this section size does not work in the available space, try a different column option or if possible a different height.

Heat pumps represent a very efficient and economical method of heating. However, choosing a suitable low temperature radiator is important to guarantee optimum performance. The FARADAY ® Eco radiator is perfect when combined with a heat pump, ensuring the desired comfort level. Using its integrated fans, this radiator can increase heat output by over 40% *

The FARADAY ® Eco panel radiator can also be used during the summer months, operating in passive cooling mode, they can be part of systems designed to use heat pumps that are able to circulate cooler water (min 18ºc to avoid condensation), which will then help to cool the building.
