MORE hEALTh AND WELLNESS SpORTS pERFORMANCE TRAINING (Ages 13 and up)

Sports performance training is a customized four week strength and conditioning program that will benefit athletes in any sport. A complimentary initial consultation is included to identify sportspecific areas for improvement. Available Times: MON/WED/FRI 3:00-7:00pm TUE/THU/SAT 3:00-5:00pm $600 ($50/session) 4 weeks

WOMEN ON WEIGhTS

Women On Weights takes the best of personal training and group fitness and blends them together. A group of four women will work with two personal trainers for six one-hour sessions. Challenge your body while learning proper technique and benefits of free weights. Get in shape in a fun environment with a few of your friends or family. Session 1 Tuesdays - 6:00-7:00pm or 7:00-8:00pm SEPTEMBER 17 - OCTOBER 22 $500 per group

Training times will be set up between the trainer and the athlete. The initial consultation will be complimentary and not be included in the 12 sessions. Athletes can sign up for a timeslot the week prior to their program starting for performance testing and discussion of goals.
