stage 1 Stage 1: Shock & Fork Oil Change Service Shock $89.95*, Forks $109.95* • Complete disassembly of your shock and forks for a complete cleaning and inspection of all internal parts for wear or fatigue • Internal parts like seals, bushings, bumpers, o-rings, shims, etc. may require replacement depending on wear • Reassemble using PC-01 and PC-02 suspension fluids • Shock and or fork springs may be required depending on your riding weight • Adjuster knobs will be pre-set to our recommended settings when your suspension is shipped back to you
Works Showa Forks • The forks feature 49mm tubes, which are larger than any current production motorcycle • Tubes utilize a titanium-nitrate coating that is super durable and offers a much smoother stroke • Optional turquoise-nitrate coating, used by Team Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki, offers an even smoother stroke and enhanced performance • New For 2010, the internal cartridge system incorporates a larger 14mm (previously 12.5mm), Kashima-coated aluminum cartridge rod that is sealed and pressurized just like a shock to provide more effective damping and stiction-free action • The new cartridge rod is mated with a 38mm (previously 34mm) compression piston giving the forks a plush feel and better tracking without being soft • Axle lugs are CNC-machined for increased durability and performance

stage 2 Works Showa Shock • Provides a distinct advantage over stock OEM shocks • Giant 18mm shock shaft comes standard with an extra-large 16mm (previously 12mm) diameter piston holder • The larger chamber at the end of the shaft houses the unique check valve system, which has more oil control for isolating the compression and rebound stroke; also adding more piston and shim stability • The Showa Works shock offers a more stable and controlled ride with slightly cooler temperatures
Stage 2: Race Shock & Fork Revalve Shock $149.95*, Forks $179.95* • Includes all stage one steps • Shock and forks are custom re-valved to your riding style and ability level • Offers superior suspension performance when compared to the stock settings • Some internal performance parts will be required depending on bike and rider ability • Adjusters will be pre-set to our recommended settings • Reassemble using PC-01 and PC-02 suspension fluids • Shock and or fork springs may be required depending on your riding weight
• The 50mm hard-anodized body also has an integrated dark Kashima coating to lessen stiction and reduce heat build-up • The compression adjuster has high and low-speed adjustability which uses a low-speed valve for optimum shock action
