This 16,000 sf double bow-truss building was once a Culver City inventory storage space. It is easily divided into 2 to 6 tenants from 1,500 sf to 6,000 sf. The poured in place concrete walls were reinforced and upgrades were made to the mechanical, plumbing and all new electrical service. Skylights, a new white-reflective roof, and drought tolerant landscaping are part of the sustainable features of the Warner building. The offices are detailed with sliding custom barn doors, wood slat partitions, and highgrade lighting fixtures. There are mezzanine spaces with wood paneled conference rooms tucked into the high bay areas. Here you can appreciate the rich joinery of wood trusses and the history of this unique building type. Commercial grade lights and exposed ductwork are prominent and common throughout, yet there are also warm, user-friendly features such as walnut cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, composite counter kitchens, and well lit bathrooms.
