josh truex Joshua Truex is a personal trainer aiming for a different approach with every individual he meets. Not the radical diet, nor the “quick fix” everyone may seem to think they will be happy with, but rather the path that will lead each and every person to results he or she can keep for the duration of their lives. Primarily focusing on pain management and corrective exercise as the method to his training regiment, he believes in not only giving the visual look but guaranteeing the client will see a safe and pain free process. Coming from NASM’s base personal trainer, corrective exercise, performance exercise

and nutrition certifications, Josh bases his entire training philosophy around simplicity and realistic goal-setting. For almost a decade he has trained everyone from the heavily overweight client to the client looking to take the next competition he or she enters, but there is nothing more he likes to strive for than the individual who has things that may prevent them from even having the courage to enter the gym. Currently training at Lifetime AthleticSummerlin, Josh is looking for anyone who has pain they feel they will never have a fix for. n QVEGAS  JANUARY 2012
