Implementation Team Quests Implementation Team form the heartbeat of any new supplier relationship to ensure the Implementation of service is seamless, transparent and structured. A structured timeline is agreed with our client based on the needs of speed, changes required, and operational requirements to accommodate all aspects of the process. An in depth site analysis is conducted by an assigned National Account Manager, identifying all clients needs around cost, training, performance, process, culture and engagement, which then forms the base line for recommendations and the implementation timeline and process. By appointing a dedicated team to our clients in this manner has proved invaluable with ensuring smooth transitions, with an in depth understanding of needs and culture ultimately reducing attrition, improving fulfilment and performance without any disruption to the operation.

National Recruitment Team (NRT) Based at Quest Employments National Recruitment Centre Our National Recruitment Team are passionate about finding the right candidate(s) for each role(s), every time and with a team of experienced recruiters, we specialise in many offsite recruitment operations, alongside supporting the companies national network of branches and onsite operations. Being largely responsible for remote recruitment on a national scale, the team are fully engaged in new ways to approach finding the right candidate. We are increasingly seeing the need to engage with candidates through social media as opposed to the traditional methods of job boards and walk ins and the team are fully versed in how to get the best candidate for each role. Whilst video calls are not new to the business, we are using them more and more to ensure those candidates in remote areas are able to work for a company that is continually growing.

The National Recruitment Team take ownership and supplement current operations by recruiting nationally and locally, having placed over 21,000 candidates in 2021. This is an increase of 38.4% in successfully placed candidates from 2020. To increase numbers successfully the National Recruitment Team take full accountability of your recruitment campaign, allowing for specific needs to be met. We plan these in advance, so we have a readily available pool of candidates, even at short notice. By being able to take the focus of recruitment onsite and doing it remotely we have enabled our onsite teams to be more flexible and available to support the client with their day-to-day business. The National Recruitment Team is an exciting addition to our business and has seen rapid growth in its internal workforce and the technology that it uses.

Compliance team Quest Employment have a committed team with over 40 years of recruitment experience dedicated to compliance and legislation. With an ever-changing world it’s imperative we comply with industry standards. We supply over 4,000 staff to 300 clients per week so it’s paramount we adhere to not only our own internal standards but those that often our clients work to. From the moment we recruit internal staff the compliance journey starts.
