2034 Barnett Ave., Little Hall, 703.784.0189 Quantico@FOCUSproject.org APRIL TIP OF THE MONTH Spring is here and we are full of cheer! This is the time of year when everything seems to be blooming and glowing. In military families, you have learned to bloom where you are planted. Take this time to make sure your relationships are planted in good soil by connecting with your spouse, loved ones, or kids. Schedule a date night, phone call, or game night to keep your connection blooming and glowing! Come into FOCUS and learn more about our tools to nurture your relationships. Don’t just get by, get stronger by calling 703.784.0189 or email: Quantico@ focusproject.org!

FOCUS services are available for active duty service members and their family or partner via the virtual TeleFOCUS program, allowing families and couples to meet with a FOCUS Provider through video teleconference. We have also begun to reoffer our services by appointment in our local office if you prefer in person sessions. FOCUS sessions allow families and couples to build their own story about military life experiences. This helps them to: • Build on current strengths • Feel closer and more supported • Identify, manage, and discuss emotions • Use problem-solving and goal-setting to empower the entire family • Clarify misunderstandings and respect individual points of view To register, email Quantico@focusproject.org
