ATRIUM IN LCLC, DSAI

Working closely with a small team, I assisted with the design decisions of this community centre with the lead architect, updated working drawings, designed an exterior bike shelter for LEED credentials, designed interior mill work and drew interior and exterior details. Given a unique opportunity to make design decisions on a much smaller scale has allowed me to to refine my eye for precision. As a huge learning curve, a new outlook on detailing and construction was acquired. My task involved the design development of a recreational centre in the outskirts of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia (now completed, pictured above). I had worked on developing roof and interior details, as well as designing and detailing an exterior bike canopy.
