In ten years of publishing our magazine here in the Queen City, we've had the pleasure of watching Charlotte's food scene grow and evolve. Despite all of the challenges our community's restaurants have encountered (and endured) over the last 18 months, the city's culinary scene has arrived and is finally getting the attention it deserves. We've got James Beard Award nominees, Top Chefs, Bon Appetit "best restaurants," national television cooking contest winners, and an overflow of rising talent.
