To manage the quality assurance activities and to provide practical chances of quantifiable quality betterment, it is necessary to conduct:
Quality Planning Quality planning before quality assurance activities is conducted in the preQA activities in software quality engineering. We need to set the general quality purpose by managing client’s quality anticipations under the project cost and budget. It is necessary to choose specific quality assurance alternatives and methods to perform as well as measurement and models to provide project monitoring and qualitative feedback.
Quality Quantification and Improvement Such activities as measurement, analysis, feedback need to be performed after the beginning of specific quality assurance activities, in the socalled postQA activities in software quality engineering. With the help of analyses we can make quantitative estimation of product quality, and identification of betterment occasions. The followup actions would carry out quality and process betterment initiatives and help us to reach quantifiable quality betterment.
