Terry Baltes is a successful real estate agent and business owner in Dayton, Ohio. He has sold more hotels than anyone in the entire Midwest and in total has sold close to $4 billion in real estate over the course of his career. In 1977, he founded the Baltes Commercial Realty company where he still serves as the owner and manager.
