description This project invites you to create Social Sta on—a first-of-its-kind co-working space specialized for today’s social retailers. Your program should be the integra on of both social retail and a high-func oning co-working space. Encouraging adaptability, health, and wellbeing, and an emphasis on an ac ve, engaging space should be priori es in your final design.

The design solu on must take into account working space, mee ng space, lounge space, retail space, and a variety of other touch-down areas for personal and hands-on work. A er 5 p.m. on specific days, Social Sta on will need to transform into an event/retail space that will effec vely display the coworking tenants’ retail products. Social Sta on will func on in such a way that it will be able to accommodate a large variety of retailers, from sellers focusing on children’s clothes to essen al oils, and much more.
