Tender lamb cooked in a colorful glazed tomatoes, garlic and herbs, and delicately flavoured with aromatic whole Kashmiri spices. The dish originates from Rajasthan, where the meat is cooked in a special variety of ‘smoked chillies’ which brings bright red colour for the dish.
