Kids & Their Families: School Notes: The McCracken County Preschool Head Start office is now accepting appointments to register for the 2013-14 school year. Children must be 3 or 4 years old on or before October 1, 2013 and they must be income eligible or exhibit a developmental delay. Children also must reside in the McCracken County school district.
