NEWSLETTER Construction Update The final permit for Popeyes has been issued and the underground plumbing work has commenced. The Domino’s Hawaii interior walls are installed and wall finish installation has started. The hood system will be installed next. The underground plumbing for Pudgee Panda’s has been completed and has been inspected by the county. The interior wall and ceiling installation has begun. The construction on Family Health and Wellness is 90% complete pending the installation of the counter-tops and the final tenant improvement permit. The O’Reilly Auto Parts tenant improvement plans are in County for final review. The tenant improvement plans for Pahoa Village Food Court, and I’m Happy Dough are in the County for review. Wok Through Italy has been permitted and construction will start soon.
