career coaches at Frederick County Workforce Services (FCWS) are available to provide expertise in every step of the job search process. If you need to update your resume, you can attend our Resume Clinic, which is facilitated by one of our Certified Professional Resume Writers. If you want to sharpen your interviewing skills, you can participate in one or more of several classes designed to help you improve and practice your technique. If you would like to change careers, FCWS offers career-training programs to help eligible job seekers acquire the skills and credentials that are most in demand.
