Mark Tornow is a Senior Associate at PCG Education. Mr. Tornow has over 30 years of educational systems experience, including extensive experience in school leadership, data analysis, and school improvement project management. He is currently Project Director for the Tennessee Academic Specialists program, responsible for the application, hiring, and management process to engage 125 independent contractors/educators to assist in Tennessee’s Focus schools. In the Florida Rural Turnaround Leadership Project, Mr. Tornow served as a regional facilitator and coordinator of SkoVision™ implementation in 10 rural districts focusing on strategic planning for turnaround. He also focuses on
program incubation and launch, establishing systems for successful program implementation, and has worked on projects for New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and, internationally, for the European Union.
