Since the number of booths with electricity is limited, they will be assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis. If you require electricity and you are not assigned a booth with electrical capabilities, you will be refunded the electrical fee of $15.

Please return the completed application and signed rules form with a $50 booth fee (+ electrical fee, if needed) in an enclosed envelope addressed to: Piedmont Technical College Continuing Education and Economic Development Division ATTN: Kassie Hall 620 North Emerald Road Greenwood, SC 29648 You may also fax your application to (864) 941-8360 or submit it in person at the Continuing Education office. Your booth space will only be confirmed when we receive your booth fee. Please make all checks payable to Piedmont Technical College.

Official Rules Please make sure to review the information below before signing at the bottom of the next page. All policies will be strictly enforced, and failure to comply will result in forfeiture of booth space.

ITEMS TO BE SOLD: Items for sale must be handmade or necessary for assembling or creating handcrafts. NO COMMERCIAL ITEMS ALLOWED. RENTAL RATES: Space rental is $50 per booth. There will be an additional fee of $15 for booths with electrical capacity. Current students, faculty or staff of the college should contact show coordinator for special rates. A maximum of three people will be allowed to work at each booth. DONATED ITEM: (optional) We ask that each vendor contribute one handmade item to be given away in drawings held throughout the day. During the drawings, we will announce the winner’s name, the item won, your name, where you’re from, and your booth location. If you would like to donate an item, please check “Yes” below. ___ Yes, I would like to donate an item DEMONSTRATION: (optional) We will provide the audience with on-stage demonstrations of crafts throughout the day. If you would like to participate, please check “Yes” below. If you do participate in a demonstration, you must have someone working your booth in your absence—booths may not be left unattended during your demo. ___ Yes, I would like to participate in a demonstration CANCELLATION: Cancellation after November 1, 2011 will result in forfeiture of the booth fee. No refunds will be given after this date. SPACE ASSIGNMENT: Booth space will be assigned on a first-paid, first-serve basis. Each exhibitor must return an application and signed rules form, along with full payment, to be assigned a booth space. Only participants who have adhered to these rules will be allowed to exhibit and sell their goods.

BOOTH EQUIPMENT: One standard 8’ table and two chairs will be provided at each booth. Exhibitors must provide any additional equipment needed. INSTALLATION: Exhibitors my install displays on Friday, December 2nd between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM or on Saturday, December 3 between 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM. All booths should be setup by 8:30 AM on December 3. DISMANTLING: All exhibitors must remain in place for the entire length of the show. Dismantling will begin at 6:30 PM and must be completed by 9:00 PM on Saturday, December 3rd. TAX REQUIREMENTS: Because we are a nonprofit organization, we cannot assume the responsibility for requirements of federal income tax agents who might appear at the show. Each exhibitor is responsible for individual sales taxes. LIABILITY: Piedmont Technical College will not be liable for loss or damage of any cause. Please do not leave your booth unattended during show hours. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: Exhibitors will not be permitted to fasten equipment or signs to walls and floors. Nothing shall be pasted, tacked, or otherwise attached to any part of the building. ADDITIONAL NEEDS: Any additional needs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
