INTERNATIONAL The International Division opened in February and has already built a strong inventory and formed strategic partnerships both here and abroad. The division is headed by Gustavo Silva, Santiago Urti, and Maria Ariza. They have a branch at the corporate offices in North Miami and in Brickell, the heart of Miami’s financial district. In March, our General Manager, Keith Blazek, and the division visited Prague and met with the principals of Real Spektrum Global , one of the largest One-StopShopping real estate companies in the European Union! They have 60 offices in 10 different Punta del Este, Uruguay European countries and more than 200 agents. We now have a property cross marketing initiative with Real Spektrum Global that exposes our listings throughout Europe. We also have in place several agreements with real estate companies, associations and chambers of commerce in different South American countries, for example Uruguay, Argentina, Venezuela, Brazil, etc. One of our directors, Santiago Urti, is on the board of the Uruguayan American Chamber of Commerce, www.uacoc.com.The International Division frequently participates in local and international trade shows, and is constantly strengthening our business network through international strategic alliances. These contacts are an excellent way of showcasing our listings since South Florida is one of the largest second home destinations in the world for foreign investors. The division has also entered into agreements with developers in Florida and Mississippi that provide many land opportunities that are great for large and small investors.
