FORMER COO AT LOUVRE HOTELS GROUP During his career, Olivier Derycke has worked with Louvre Hotels, Korian and he now works for Set on Invest. He helped deploy a centralized PMS/CRS with an integrated database that has now been rolled-out on 700+ hotels. This system allowed the company, on top of a dynamic inventory Mgt, to be the first ones to develop an online check-in, check-out system for budget hotels. It benefits customers as they can manage their hotel preferences online; they can choose the room they desire and also set up their stay preferences. He’s also worked on service automation such as “virtual concierge services” in order to support his guests’ needs and aid digital F&B ordering. In his current position, Olivier actively works on all technologies which could fully automate all hotel processes (maintenance for example), which helps employees focus on being fully attentive hosts for their guests.

Olivia Byrne is the director of Eccleston Square Hotel, one of the most technologically advanced hotels in the world. Parisian-born Olivia grew up in Switzerland and was educated at Institut Le Rosey before going on to study at L’Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne. She became the UK’s youngest hotelier when she opened Eccleston Square Hotel to the public in 2011, she was just 23 years old. Since its opening, Eccleston Square Hotel has won multiple awards for its advanced technology.
