The real estate industry has a model that only supports helping a sales executive drive cash flow. Without all three you may reach some level of success; however, to truly reach the pinnacle of success, mastery of all three components is essential. We are blazing a new trail for our company and ultimately our industry. We have incorporated all three components into a model that truly supports the hard working, committed, loyal sales executive. First, we created a Strategic Growth Division that will train, organize and formulate a business model for a sales executive giving them flexibility and the means to build an asset that can generate cash flows ongoing in the future. Secondly, we put in place a plan called ”ProfitBuilder” that can pay quarterly residual income when a sales executive supports the growth of an organization. As Chief Executive Officer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties and Nevada Properties, Mark Stark is responsible for the overall strategic vision of the Company, including the development of realtor recruiting and retention programs, corporate marketing initiatives, and market expansion and acquisition initiatives. Mark began selling real estate while he was a student at UNLV IN 1985. Five years later Mark entered the management ranks of Prudential as an assistant manager and after running his own office for several years became a partner and CEO in 1997. In October of 2004, Mr. Stark completed the acquisition of 100% of the ownership in the company and now looks forward to shaping its growth for the future. John Joseph is Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties and Arizona Properties, first Vice President of Sales. John has worked in the Las Vegas real estate industry for nearly ten years and has focused on sales, management and training for real estate executives helping agents improve their business management skills. Through his previous company, he earned many accolades for his accomplishments including the “President’s Elite” distinction, and was recently recognized as having the highest standards of service, productivity and leadership.
