Dear colleagues! I am happy to introduce to you the new edition of PRP Newsletter and share with you the results and accomplishments of our team in Russia & CIS during the last three months. We successfully implemented numerous strategic communications projects for our long-term clients such as Exxon Mobil, Nissan, Rolls Royce, Microsoft, Kraft, and organized high-level events for such companies as Unilever, LUKOIL and others.

PRP is continuing to extend its expertise in providing integrated communications solutions through winning pitches for supporting organizations in the whole range of services: from marketing and communications strategy development to implementation of offline and digital communications campaigns, from design and production solutions to complex programs in b2b and b2c. moscow city racing Mobil 1 supported the major international sporting event - Moscow City Racing - for the fourth year running. This year Mobil 1 organized two engaging activities for the audience. Firstly the Pit Stop Show gave customers an opportunity to play the role of pro mechanics and learn to change the wheels on an F1 replica car. Secondly the Autograph & Fotosession with special event guest Lewis Hamilton - current VMM driver and 2008 F1 Champion - provided an exclusive possibility to interact with the real star.


best fan search The participation of Mobil 1 in Moscow City Racing was the final stage of the large successful integrated engaging campaign Best Fan Search conceived by the PRP team. This Programme targeted at the end consumers generated in excess of 830, 000 EUR worth of positive coverage.

PRP team supported three brands at Moscow International Automobile Salon: Rolls Royce, Nissan and Michelin.

Following the results of a journalists poll Rolls-Royce Ghost was recognized as the best car in the business class category

The PR team created mobile application for journalists containing information about companies, speakers, timetable and a map of the exhibition to help representative of mass media feel comfortable during the event.

Unilever 20th anniversary in Russia In providing the event-support as part of Unilever’s 20th Anniversary celebration in Russia the PRP team hosted a large-scale event on the Russian factory in Tula. The event was devoted to the opening of the new ecological processing for Calva mayonnaise sauce. The participants included representatives of the Tula local administration, Unilever management and factory employees.

In September 2012 PRP Ukraine successfully started the public communications campaign for LUKOIL in Ukraine with a press conference. The PRP team was responsible for media training, development of the detailed Q&A and speeches for topmanagement. As a result of targeted efforts representatives of 31 all-Ukrainian media (vertical, business, social, information agencies and TV) were presented at the event. Total output has reached up to 50 publications.

Microsoft Office 365 Tasting in Kyiv On July 4, 2012 PRP launched Microsoft Office 365 cloud service for business and IT media in tasting style instead of traditional presentation. The invitation for journalists in food plate form symbolized that Office 365 is ready to be tasted in Ukraine. The press kit was designed in a restaurant menu format style with Microsoft Office 365 service plans as lunch sets, and the product components as meal ingredients. Guests were inspired by presentations in food tasting style and a master class on an easy-to-make pasta recipe. The idea was to show that a gourmet meal can be quick, inexpensive and easy to prepare. Exactly like Microsoft Office 365. As a result, 20 journalists including one TV channel rep tasted Office 365. We delivered key messages via 29 publications to 4.9 million contacts.


Jacobs Monarch Millicano launch in Ukraine In July 2012 PRP organized a press launch event for a new coffee subcategory in Ukraine –Jacobs Monarch Millicano whole bean soluble. The event in talk show format, moderated by a famous TV host, united product presentation and a relaxed lifestyle discussion. The key challenge for PRP team was to engage the audience in a conversation focusing on the importance of quality communication in modern life, which is impossible to imagine without a cup of coffee. Professional barista held new coffee degustation and presented a master class “How to prepare and decorate coffee”. The coffee talk gathered 56 journalists from all types of media, generating 59 publications, reaching out to almost 10m people.
