Digital upskilling and reskilling We are accelerating the company's digital transformation in order to stay relevant for our customers. This means that we have to change our way of working and become more flexible and lean. It also means that new digital skills are needed. This implies that some jobs will disappear, others will change and entirely new, digital roles are emerging.
We give our employees the opportunity to continuously upskill and develop, particularly in the digital field. Because we want to have the right skills in-house to shape the digital economy and society of the future, and to guarantee the employability of our employees.
