Adjustment panel Modern water and air technology are located behind this device. A controller and a manometer for the air-pressure, pneumatic oiler and water pressure monitor prevent washing without water. The unit switches to emergency switch-off should the water level drop too low.
Dosing device Electrically controlled metering pumps ensure that the chemical concentrates in each container are dosed precisely. In addition to the standard lifting setting, Christâ€™s dosing pumps additionally feature a frequency control for fine setting. Settings can be performed from the control console.

Light barriers control the optimum distance and drive around the rear-view mirrors. AddDry the newest innovation only available at Christ AG Dependent on the passage height selected, two special blowers work to dry the side areas from heights of 1,58 mtr. to 2,57 mtr. The blowing devices are integrated almost invisibly in the portal’s side beams. Only the air nozzles on the left and right sides can be seen. The additional drying is automatically switched on for vehicles higher than 1,58 mtr..

AddDry, side drying for higher vehicles The majority of VAN’s and higher vehicles are insufficiently dried on their upper side areas by standard wash units. The AddDry technique, developed by Christ AG, fills this gap by offering an additional optional drying system for these vehicles.

Wax device Wax is applied to the vehicle’s surface in an extra operating cycle to achieve a high gloss effect. Large surface water sheeting for catalyzing the drying process and lasting paint surface protection. Active foam device Tough dirt is effectively loosend and the vehicle is thoroughly soaked down before the wash cylinders are employed. The foamed down vehicle is an eye-catcher and considerably improves cleaning results. An profitable advantage for every unit operator.
Under-chassis wash device A mobile wash carriage sprays the vehicle’s underside with 85 bar high-pressure using 2 rotating high-pressure jets. Vehicle length measurement ensures that the spraying sequence is ended exactly at the vehicle’s rear and prevents needless spraying beyond the vehicle. High-pressure side wash By means of a 85 bar high pressure jet, integrated in the wheel scrubber disc on both sides, the sill and lower side areas are successfully cleaned of coarse dirt. Whilst the two brushes remain in a slanted position throughout their rotating motion the water jets are directed upwards in order to avoid water being sprayed uselessly under the vehicle. Only during the effective wheel scrubbing the brushes are brought into a vertical position whilst the high pressure jets improve substantially the rim and wheel wash result.
Program selection device C-CAT A wash ticket can be generated for the customer at the cash point using the C-CAT device. The six digit code is used to start the program on the wash unit. Further functions are possible in connection with a data line connecting the service device to the wash unit.
