Providence Art Club

Isolation Creations Members’ Exhibition

On view August 3 – 27, 2020

Isolation Creations is an exhibition of over 120 original artworks created by Exhibiting Artist Members of the Providence Art Club, one of the oldest organizations of its kind in the nation. The works presented here were largely created during the early months of 2020, as artists hunkered down in their studios. The show will be on view in all three galleries of the Providence Art Club, located at 11 Thomas Street on picturesque College Hill, until August 27, 2020. Gallery hours in August are weekdays 12-3pm, as well as by appointment.

About This Catalogue and The Artworks Represented While some of the artworks in the exhibition are presented unframed on gallery-wrapped canvas, most artworks are framed and the sizes presented in this catalogue represent the framed size of the piece where applicable. Artworks are measured height x width, (as well as x depth if three-dimensional). Some works may be matted or otherwise prepared in a way which extends the footprint of the object, so the image size may be smaller than noted. Sizes in some cases may not be exact. The photographs in this catalogue were either provided by artists or taken by gallery staff. The Art Club is not responsible for the exact color correctness, accuracy, or photographic representation of the artworks included in this catalogue. We always suggest viewing an artwork in person before purchasing. Gallery staff are happy to provide additional detailed photographs of any object in the show.

To Purchase Works from This Show For inquiries about any of the works listed in this catalogue, please reach out to Gallery Manager Michael Rose at michael@providenceartclub.org or via phone at 401-331-1114 x 5 and he will be more than happy to provide additional photographs, schedule a private visit to view artworks, or assist in any way he can. Sales of fine art are tax free in the State of Rhode Island, so the prices listed are the final sale prices. The Art Club accepts all major credit cards, except American Express, and is also able to accept personal checks. Artworks must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. All works are sold as is. All sales are final. As works sell, they will be marked as sold in this catalogue. If a work is not marked “sold, it is likely still available. Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions.
