The Owners Comments Living in this neighbourhood has been wonderful. Our children have enjoyed a safe environment riding their bikes in our quiet cul-de-sac or kicking the ball around in the park. The Park acts as our ‘no maintenance’ yard, being well maintained by Sutherland Shire Council. The home itself is an easy living home. Entertaining is a pleasure with the kitchen being so close to the BBQ and dining area’s. The sunken lounge is extremely comfortable being cosy in winter with the gas log fire heating the entire home and cool during summer. The Main Bedroom and ensuite are more like a parents retreat where you can escape the kids and soak in the bath while watching the footy or a movie.
The location has been very convenient for us as you can be anywhere in the Sutherland Shire within 15 minutes, the Airport in 30 Minutes, and the City within 40 Minutes (60 Minutes in Peak Hour).
