PROVEN EXPERIENCE WITH THE UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS MARINE CORPS CENTER FOR ADVANCED OPERATIONAL CULTURE LEARNING (CAOCL) ProSol ensures Marines are equipped with operationally-relevant language, regional and cultural knowledge needed to plan and operate successfully in the joint and combined global expeditionary environment. ProSol supports CAOCL and the warfighter by providing: • Globally focused regional culture expertise • Formal and operationally relevant language training • Curriculum development (pre-deployment training to education sustainment) • Doctoral level translational research

MARINE CORPS COMMUNICATIONS TRAINING CENTERS (CTC) ProSol provides tactical communications training to Marines at three CTCs supporting new equipment and sustainment training needs. ProSol’s instructor expertise ranges from tactical equipment to Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA certifications. ProSol offers instruction in the following areas:

• Microsoft IT academy training • Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory infrastructures • Microsoft Exchange Servers (implementing and managing) • Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) and CCNA: Security Networking Fundamentals • Routing protocols and concepts • Local Area Network (LAN) switching • Wireless and accessing the Wide Area Network (WAN)

MARINE CORPS CENTER FOR IRREGULAR WARFARE INTEGRATION DIVISION (CIWID) ProSol supports CIWID, the central Marine Corps organization for identifying, coordinating and implementing irregular warfare capability development initiatives. Program support extends across all elements of DOTMLPF in order to increase, improve and enhance Marine Corps capabilities and capacities to conduct operations across the spectrum of war against irregular threats. ProSol supports CIWIDs initiatives by providing:

• Liaison with other services, interagency, coalition and NGO partners • Research and analysis for USMC IW-related policy and planning documents • Joint Doctrine, concepts and training curriculum development • Information technology and information assurance support

MARINE CORPS SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND (MARSOC) ProSol provides a multitude of special operations training and program support to MARSOC. These programs include Derna Bridge, Marine Special Operations School (MSOS), G-9 Recruiting, Assessment and Selection (RSAS) and the Performance and Resiliency Program (PERRES). ProSol’s Sneads Ferry, NC office is less than 5 miles from MARSOC headquarters, providing immediate management and IT reach back support. ProSol supports MARSOC programs by providing: • Role playing and scripting • Curriculum development • Instruction in Close Quarter Battle (CQB), Special Reconnaissance and Weapons and Tactics • Emergency medical support • Advanced course management • Recruiting, Screening, Assessment and Selection (RSAS) • Strength and conditioning coaching

PROVEN EXPERIENCE WITH THE UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS MARINE CORPS ENGINEER CENTER (MCEC) ProSol provides Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) subject matter experts, trainers, academic and analytical expertise to the MCEC. Our team supports the establishment and employment of a C-IED Mobile Training Cadre (MTC) that instructs Marines in the tenants of C-IED identification, detection and avoidance. Our team provides:

• Up-to-date instruction on C-IED TTPs to deploying Marines and units • Classroom instruction and in-the-field practical application/assessment • Instruction on convoy operations procedures • Counter-Radio-controlled Electronic Warfare (CREW) device employment • MTCs to Reserve, Joint and Coalition partners
