OFFICIAL OPENING OF THE NEW OFFICE OF BEAUMOUNT PROPERTIES IN SANTA PONSA the most loved Swedish souvenir, and present in the Beaumount Properties / Mallorcamaklarna´s logo. Both Eva-Lena and Ann are Swedish, but speak fluent Spanish, English and German and the many guests were a nice mixture of nationalities. Among them was the HRH Princess Birgitta of Sweden, who did the honours of officially opening the office by cutting the ribbon atk the front door. Other guests included Calvia´s Kate Mentink, Councillor for Tourism and Foreign Citizens in the Calvia Townhall and Director of The Department for European Citizens within the Ministry of Immigration and Co-operation, many clients, friends and colleagues.

What a lovely evening it was on the 27th April, the first warm evening of the year. And Beaumount Properties -Mallorcamäklarna were really fortunate to have chosen this evening for their offical opening party for their new office! Ann Kihlbom, who started the company 6 years ago, admits that they have been working at the new premises since January this year. ”But we have been so busy, that this is really the first time that we have had time to organize this party!” she adds. The new premises are very well situated above the Sa Nostra bank on Jaime I, the main street in Santa Ponsa, enjoying 2 terraces on both sides and lots of sun. This office has a real ”feel-good” feeling about it and ”our clients love to sit on the front terrace and enjoy an expresso, while discussing properties” says Eva-Lena Nilsson, Ann´s business-partner. The office is light and typically Scandinavian in style; decorated in the blue, yellow and white colours that are the company´s colours.
