Post-Brexit: Now is the time to review your mortgage IN light of the recent Brexit result there has been a lot of speculation over whether house prices will fall and which way interest rates could go. Local solicitor joins campaign LAST month, Starkey&Brown launched a campaign to help Addam Smith raise money to buy a property for his friend and colleague Keith Ellick. Keith was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer and, not content with renovating Keith’s house, Addam now wants to raise £100,000 to buy the home for Keith and his family. After seeing our involvement in the campaign, local solicitors Bridge McFarland also felt the need to help raise funds and, not only have they kindly offered their conveyancing services to Keith for free, they have also offered to donate £10 for every new conveyancing instruction that quotes ‘LiftKeith’ at their Lincoln branch throughout August. The donation will be paid on completion.
