For the perfect summer dessert... Slice Madeira cake and place in the bottom of a trifle dish with 60ml (4tbsp) of the Amaretto. Stir the remaining Amaretto through the custard and set aside. Make up the jelly and stir in the crushed biscuits and raspberries. pour over cake and leave in fridge to set. Once jelly has set pour custard over the top. Whip cream. Fold in crushed meringue nests and spoon over custard. Finish with raspberries.
