One such satisfied buyer is Ryan Teo who managed to log on to Sunway GRID’s website at www.sunwaygrid.com during the latest launch of Sunway Iskandar. After booking his preferred unit online, Teo was thrilled to discover that within minutes of sealing his purchase, destiny saw to it that he would welcome his first baby on the same day. “I personally wish to thank Sunway Property for introducing the first build and buy online concept for Sunway GRID. It is very convenient and I managed to book my unit online while waiting for the arrival of my baby at the hospital. “This made 11.11.2017 one of the most remarkable days of my life as I got my baby and a house on the same day!”

The units range from 584 sq ft to 772 sq ft and come with extraordinarily high ceilings which are designed at 3.7 metres for non-loft units. The 4.5 metres allocated for the loft units which come with a bay window respectively were welcomed by customers. All of the units are allocated car parks. The loft suites are in fact, the first of its kind that have been introduced in the Medini region. The Sunway GRID development which is unique in its design with high-contrast black and yellow hues is created for youths by youths of Sunway Property who spent a year discovering insights into what the youthful demographic needs to support their lifestyles before coming up with the concept and designing the development.
