The KickstART Festival is just one of many events held across the country as part of Be Active Be Happy Be You, National Youth Week 2013, the largest celebration of young people aged 12 - 25 in Australia. For the past three years, the Department for Communities, Propel Youth Arts WA and their partners have coordinated the KickstART Festival in Western Australia. KickstART is grounded in the community and driven by those with big ideas, open minds and great imaginations. It aims to showcase the skills and talents of young people; offers forums to raise important youth issues; provides skill development opportunities and a chance to explore the world of the arts. Special thanks to all of our generous sponsors and supporters, and to our incredible National Youth Week planning committee volunteers.
